Sunday roast while spotting dolphins – New Quay – Wales

Ingredients:
- The traditional Sunday British dish;
- A little restaurant with a stunning view;
- A small village on the Wales coast: New Quay;
- A surprising landscape.

Recipe:
- On a windy Sunday in Wales, look for the little, lovely restaurant with a blue door and stoned walls between the 2 sandy bays of the fishing village in New Quay - The Old Watch House;
- Order a Sunday roast and your dining table will become a feast in a few minutes: beef or lamb, roasted/boiled/mashed potatoes, carrots, peas, broccolis, Yorkshire pudding…
- Enjoy your meal while watching the stunning landscape outside: the blue and deep Wales' ocean and its dramatic coast… if you are lucky you’ll get the chance to spot dolphins swimming near the beach!
- After finishing the feast, you’ll feel so full that you'll need a good walk. Than take your car and drive till Tresaith Beach… a surprise is waiting for you there!
Park the car and, facing the sea, walk on the right side of the beach until you’ll see a waterfall that, from the dark stones of the cliff, falls directly into the ocean… definitely an unexpected landscape that will help you to forget how sated you are!
